Successful exhibitions for basysPrint

– Brüder Henn represents basysPrint at Dataprint in Linz

Brüder Henn Grafische Systeme AG is the dealer of basysPrint for Austria and Eastern Europe. The UV-Setter 57 was presented at the Dataprint in Linz April 3rd to 6th. Visitors were very interested in the CTcP technology and appreciated the live demonstration of exposure of conventional offset printing plates.

-I.B.F. Corporation sells first UV-Setter 710 in South America

Fibag, one of the largest graphic art exhibitions in South Amercia took place in Sao Paulo, Brazil, April 16th to 21st. I.B.F. Corporation, dealer of basysPrint, presented the UV-Setter 710. Visitors were especially interested in the live exposure of I.B.F. N2000, conventional printing plates. The UV-Setter was sold to NDR Reprostudio in Sao Paulo, where it was installed after the exhibition.

Printers in Poland were given live demonstrations in the digital exposure of conventional printing plates at Reprograf, April 23rd to 25th. The Ipagsa Eco 88, a positive printing plate was exposed on the UV-Setter 710.

– Thieme Media Groep Installs UV-Setter 57 after Grafivak

Textlitho Group, a well know dealer of prepress equipment in the Netherlands, presented the UV-Setter 57 at the Grafivak Fair in Amsterdam April 24th to 27th. The 4up platesetter was purchased by Drukkerij Sonnevelt, part of Theme Media Groep, one of the largest printing groups in the Netherlands with 22 printing houses.

-Print West in Vancouver, Canada

Western Canada got its’ first look at the UV Setter technology when basys Repro & Print and VanPress presented the UV Setter at the Print West Graphic Arts Trade Show in Vancouver April 28th to 30th. Printers and film house were extremely interested in going directly to conventional plates and the ability to use proofing materials.

These exhibitions confirm that the digital exposure of conventional printing plates convinced the visitors of the trade fairs worldwide that Computer To conventional Pate is the future of CTP technology.
